The Cheektowaga Planning Board is an advisory board made of of appointed (5) five residents appointed by the Town Board. The Planning Board meets the second Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall Building, 3301 Broadway. The Planning Board's role and mission is promulgated in Chapter 26 of the Cheektowaga Town Code found in the quick links of this page.  The Planning Board offers recommendations to the Cheektowaga Town Board on Site Plan Approval,  Realty Subdivision Approval, Rezoning Requests and Town Board Special Use Permit Requests.  The Planning Board also offers recommendations on architectural character/building massing. Items and /or matters under consideration by the Planning Board are initiated by filing a Development Review Application with the Office of Building Inspections.
