Both judges are available to perform wedding ceremonies everyday including weekends. However, due to court schedules, certain times are not available. An appointment must be made in advance by contacting the court clerk at the phone number above; request to speak with Judy.

Requirements:
    ·         A Marriage License is required and it must be at least 24 hours old. 
    ·         Two people over the age of 18 are also required to be witnesses.

Fees:
    ·         Weddings performed in the Court House after regular court hours: $50.00
    ·         Weddings held outside the Court House (homes, restaurants, halls, parks, etc.): $100.00

**A Marriage License will expire 60 days from the date of issue if a marriage does not occur.
