Hey all this group has hit plenty of store doing returns. We need to watch intimates section, men's neck ties, and etc. Do not know what store they are hitting for the merchandise. The one female in blue (id# NY517017361) [Tashara Sullivan] did one return in st#2164($amount) then came to my store. The male that was with them had a bag full (approximately 20) Men's Ties, service desk denied the return. They never have a receipt. They have been in my store 1-27,1-30 and 2-01 that I know about. One female was denied because she was at her 3 no receipt limit (id#NY908248604) [Cassandra James] and swears that some one else is using her id, all returns were for body shapers. They were spotted in Amherst doing a return by AP and the females were taking pictures of store AP. Good luck.

Major quickchange problem going on with a group. Please see all attached pictures. Some are excellent. This group has hit multiple retailers and locations so far. Make sure your front end staff is familiar with them asap. This group really gets around and appears to have multistate activity. If you have this group at your store, please contact Police ASAP for identification, as there are multiple open cases in various jurisdictions at this time.

Details-

Hey guys,

I emailed some of you a few months ago about this group of quick change artists. They hit us again on January 20th for about [amount]. The last time they hit us they bought a gift card, after I ran the history on the card it showed it was used in a [store] in Illinois. I sent everything I had to a [corporate] investigator(s). They said they have been working on this group for several years. The last time they got us they also hit Hamburg. My guess is that they hit at least one other store while they were in the area. If you were hit by these quick change artists obviously save the video and do an APIS incident. I'm going to send my info on to the [store] investigator.

Their game is usually as follows, 4 people come in wearing hats. While 3 of the subjects wait in line at the CS Desk Subject 1 (elderly female) goes to the Customer Service desk and buys a gift card for $10, pays with a $50 bill. While the register is open the subject reaches over the counter and into the till grabbing a stack of bills out of the $50/$100's spot. She waves the cash around in front of the cashier and almost like a magic trick she palms several of the bills. Unbeknownst to the cashier. She then gives back the rest of the stack and off she goes with her three lookouts. This time [amount] richer...

The evening of January 23 and early morning of the 24th we had a White Male in what looks to be his early to mid 40's walk out with a 46' Sony Bravia around 10pm and then walkout with a 42' Vizio around 3:30am. Please keep an eye out for this gentleman, as he got away clean both times and am sure he will be back again. If anybody can identify this guy, it would be a GREAT help!! Lastly, he is driving a mid 2000 Ford Explorer.
