How to report street lights not working

The Town of Cheektowaga is serviced by two electric utility providers.  Both providers maintain the town’s street lights in coordination with the Highway Department.  In order to resolve complaints about street light outages or malfunctions in a timelier manner, residents are asked to directly contact the electric utility provider for their area.  Complaints can be entered via phone or by submitting an online complaint form.
