Master Plumbers License

Cheektowaga must be licensed. Prior to obtaining a license, a qualifying exam must be taken. The application for such is available in the Cheektowaga Town Clerk's Office. Requirements include a $25.00 fee,
two 2" photographs, and the filing of the application with the Town Clerk.

- $50.00 fee payable to "Town of Cheektowaga"
- Liability Insurance $50,000/$100,000
- Sign the Master Plumbers License Renewal Book
LICENSE IS RENEWABLE EVERY YEAR AND EXPIRES ON THE 31ST DAY OF DECEMBER. THE FEE IS NOT PRORATED FOR FRACTIONAL PERIODS OF ONE YEAR. Once a license has expired, a plumber will NOT be issued
permits, nor be allowed to continue doing plumbing work in the Town of Cheektowaga until the license has been renewed. A license may be renewed within twelve months after the date of expiration. A lapse of
renewal for a period of more than twelve months will be considered an abandonment of the business of plumbing within the Town of Cheektowaga and the Certificate of Competency shall become null and void.
