Call the Town Clerk's Office for applications to snow plow property in the Town other than your own.Please submit, with your application, a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE, stating that a Notice of
Cancellation, non-renewal or reduction of insurance shall be given to the Town of Cheektowaga at least thirty (30) days prior to such cancellation, and showing AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY with the following limits:
a. Automobile Bodily Injury Liability - $100,000 each accident
and
b. Automobile Property Damage Liability - $50,000 each accident
OR
Automobile Bodily Injury & Property Damage Liability - $100,000 (total coverage)
NOTE
- We are unable to issue a permit without a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE showing the above listed liability limits.
Snow plow permits are $25.00 per vehicle.
You must have the license plate number on the application.
You may renew by mail by submitting an applictaion with:
