PARTIAL PAYMENT OF TAXES
The Town of

payments:
- there must be no prior year tax due on the property
- payment must be at least 50% of the amount due at the time of payment
- penalties for late payment will be assessed according to the late payment schedule
- taxpayers are urged to contact the Tax Office before making any partial payments.
Special hours during the penalty free period of tax collection is the Friday before the 15th of February and October from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for your convenience.
A night box
at the rear door of Town Hall is available for tax payments (checks only).
The Cheektowaga Tax Office offers State and Federal Income Tax forms from January until April each year.
